Dear Readers,

This is my first novel and I'm very excited to be sharing it with you!  I am really proud of Rules of Vegas and feel that no matter what your taste is in fiction there is something in the story for everyone.  From the complexities of Andy's personality as well as Anne and Mark's firsts in their relationship, the story keeps you guessing right to the end.

When asked where I got the idea for this story, my response is always "I don't know."  I have traced a very rough version of the story back to my undergraduate fiction writing days for a class assignment, but never ended up using it.  I started writing at my previous job as a Switchboard Operator in between the phone calls.  After writing thirty pages, I figured I may be on to something.  Therefore, I continued writing and here I am!

Another frequently asked question that get asked is "Will there be another novel?"  I have been playing around with the idea of a sequel to Rules of Vegas as well as a story that takes place in the 1920s.  I encourage you to check out on the Future Works page.  I'm still ironing out the details for both storylines.  However, for the most part, I have been enjoying the completion of my college career and being able to spend more time with my family and friends in Pittsburgh.
